Live racking allows goods to be loaded from one side and unloaded from the other. Roller beds on slated platform move the goods from one end to another under the control of gravity rollers. It works on the First In First Out (FIFO) principle of inventory. It makes automatic inventory rotation possible without any added effort. What also makes it a more productive option is that the loading and offloading are done at two separate ends, therefore there is no interruption in any of the process.
